It officially hit 90 degrees in Texas this week and we think that definitely calls for Summer Beer. We switched our recipe up a little to make it less sweet and more refreshing. Try it out and let us know what you think!
Summer Beer
1 oz Absolut Mandrin
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
Fill to top with Blue Moon
Serve over crushed ice and garnish with orange or lemon wedge
